Some people believe that the most easier and healthier way to lose weight is by consuming those “ magic pills” that supposedly make you lose weight fast , well there is a truth about this pills which is that they might be fast and effective but are not healthy . Commonly the people who have taken this pills usually gain weight back . The reason for that is because they lost all the weight they wanted so now they think they can stop taking the pills and they start to eat tons of fatty food without doing any exercise but opening their mouth to eat that cheeseburger with French fries or to drink that gallon of soda. Do you think this is have a good and healthy eating habit?

In the united states the majority of adults don't have time to be cooking a healthy and good meal for them and for their family , however this is not to be blamed because you don't need two hours to cook and prepare a low fat but high in protein meal . Time is a huge issue which in most cases take over and lead families to what its know as obesity. Obesity is no longer an issue but now it's a epidemic that will increase more and more each minute in the United States if you don't take precaution. It is time for you to start looking at what you really need to survive, and then how much energy you are using from that you consume by daily basis.

You might think that the easiest way to lose weight If you're over weight if to stop eating , however you don't need to stop eating to get rid of that fat your body is storing every day more and more , instead you need to eat healthier . “ What do you mean by eating healthy? “ well try to eat fresh vegetables , fruits , grain , proteins , and also fats . “ Now wait a second , you're telling me that to lose weight I have to eat fats . Have you lost your mind or something ? “ well believe or not your body in order to absorb some nutrients , and vitamins does need fat . However not exactly the fat that come in a humongous amount when you buy your French fries at your local fast food restaurant but instead the fat you find in some fishes , and oils . Salmon is an excellent source of protein as well as the best fat ever known for the human body . Fish fat is an antioxidant , which prevents many heart deceases. Olive oil is also good for your body due to the fact that is the purest oil.

So if you want to lose weight you shall eat small portions of food . Never eat straight from a bag , or container , this increases the amount of food you'll be eating at that specific meal. Always serve what you're going to eat , remember small means everything , Eat protein such as grilled chicken , boiled chicken , a good fillet of salmon , and many more which you could find in any nutrition guide . Carbohydrate are important too , if you don't eat any you can form muscles and if you eat many you'll start to form fatty acid pores. Grains are great example of protein and carbohydrate. All this will help you and your body be healthy and in good conditions to live a longer life. So well that's all you need to stay healthy..... Well not really another important factor is EXERCISE , without it your body doesn't lose it's energy and muscles don't grow in other words the brain won't stimulate those glands that release fat , and energy from the body . Exercise doesn't mean you need to kill yourself every day at the gym 5 hours a day . Most people do their exercises in the morning , or at night . Either at the beginning , or end of the day .

Why ? Basically because this is when the body is starting to count all the energy you have consume and how much of that energy has been used. So one thing you want to do is exercise at the end of each day a little bit , with a minimum of 1 hour daily . If you want to stay in shape and not gain weight or maybe just lose that extra pounds you have , you must like I said eat healthy , Do not stop eating just eat good stuffs and you'll have good results. Exercise , burn all those calories you eat . You shall eat a daily amount of calories between 1,800 and 2,000 per day . For that you must exercise one hour every day and the results will be unbelievable.

........I used to weight 150 pounds with a heigh of 5,3 . I was over weight , I was killing myself. During this days of my life I was consuming the double amount of calories an adult would consume in one day . Yes I was once obese , I would eat tons of rice , and cheeseburgers with French fries , not to mention the litters of soda I would drink in one day . This was just something I didn't realize until one day I saw a self-portrait while in a cruise in St. Augustine , Florida . I knew at that moment that wasn't what I wanted to look like , but I also knew that if I didn't make a changed I was going to be obese all my life. As a child it was hard to go to the stores and since I was short I needed pants that wouldn't be too long but that would be wide enough to fit . Oh Jesus what was I going to do ? With the help of god and of myself I decided to eat very healthy , salads and food high in protein but low in fat every day and exercising every evening . Jogging and skating for one hour sometimes even more than one hour . The first days were kind of hard but with will and courage I knew I could make it , After a while this became a habit for me and during that summer I lost 20 pounds .....” This experience showed me that everyone can lose weight in a healthy way if they have what it takes and the will to do it . If I could why wont you ?

Remember obesity has become the biggest problem hundreds of thousands North Americans. Don't be another one in those statistics.
