Face it we are all bombarded with diets and super magic pills that will help us lose the weight without effort or exercise. We spend hundred of dollars to do unhealthy and unnatural things to our bodies in hopes to lose weight. And I too have done the same in the past. We all do if we let the ads get to us. Well I can tell you of six things that may be in your kitchen cabinet or very inexpensive to buy.

  1. Hot Peppers

    Guys love them, they think they're so manly when they compete over who can eat the most and stand it the longest. But the fact is that they are good for you. Hot peppers have many uses and very healthy. But for now we want to lose weight. So this is how it works. When you eat hot peppers it increases up your metabolism. So eat them as much as you can stand it.
  2. Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

    This one I learned from my grandmother. This has been around for a long time. My grand mother would take a cap full in a glass of water each night before bed. Even better is taking it before each meal. This helps break down the food for better digestion and avoid heartburn. When taken before bed it is a great fat burner.
  3. 100% Organic Virgin Unrefined Coconut Oil

    This stuff is a magic cure all if you're looking for one. This will do many things for your body and your digestive track. Do more research on this if you want to know more but taking a tablespoon in the morning and a tablespoon in late afternoon will do the trick. Try it for 30 days and lose a few pounds and a few problems along the way.
  4. Chromium

    This one is used in a lot of diet pills but most of the time its not enough. Studies show that people that lost weight on chromium had between 200 and 400 micrograms a day. I my self went up to 500 micrograms a day. What chromium dose is it stabilizes your blood sugar. It improves the effectiveness of your body's insulin. Also helps turn the fat into muscle and helps curbs cravings.
  5. Kelp

    This one can help you drop a few pounds with a low-fat diet. Kelp is a seaweed rich in antioxidants, vitamins and iodine. It is believed to stimulate a hormone produced by the thyroid gland that's responsible for boosting your metabolism. You'll burn more fat per hour. You should also know that this one is safe for most people but if you have high blood pressure you shouldn't take it.
  6. Cinnamon

    This cure has many good properties. Mixed with honey and taken daily can ease the pain of arthritis. Also teats yeast infections. Most people have Candida which is an over growth of yeast. Once this is at bay you could lose tremendous amount of weight.

I myself have used all of these ether by them self or in combination with other herbs. I have had great results with this along with a low-sugar and low-fat eating plan. And don't forget to exercise and drink eight to twelve cups of water.
