How to Lose Weight and Feel Good About Yourself

This short list of seven things will help you throughout your day. It will help you feel good about yourself and help you lose weight.

Follow these very few steps and you are guaranteed to feel good about yourself and lose quite a few pounds at the same time.

  1. Eat when and what you want to eat: not what you think you ought to eat.
  2.  Make Diet Changes. Diet changes are guaranteed to make you feel better and you will shed of some pounds.
  3. Do yoga. It is proven that yoga helps soothe you mind and your body. This will allow you to go through your day refreshed and ready for anything thrown your way.
  4. 4. After your dinner at the end of the day eat one sweet dessert. This will signal Your brain saying that you have finished all of your meals for the day.
  5. Go Through your day with the mentality that you will get home and you will have a great Time of rest!
  6. Every month take one day to "blow it". This means that you can go out to a restaurant and eat anything you want. This step is best done with your family.
  7. Get at least 7-9 hours of sleep! This will help you wake up refreshed and energized for the day ahead.
  8. Follow this short list every day and you will feel better and lose weight! If you don't see results in a few weeks it might take a little longer on your body because of your metabolisim.
