How to Lose Your Fat

Learn how to get skinny and never have to make yourself feel bad when you look in a mirror.

Are you tired of going on the scale and cracking it in half? Well after you read this, that will happen no more! You see a human gets his or her fat by eating either too much of something, or eating bad things such as pie, cake, candy, ice cream, and of course, the most tempting substance of all, chocolate.

So if you want to make that cellulite just slide off, just say no to those things. If you are eating dinner, and someone asks you for seconds say, “no I am full”. And if you see a gigantic billboard on the freeway please don't go rushing to the nearest McDonald's and eat all of their Big Macs! Remember, just say no.

If you do that then that is good. If you want those pounds to go way down, I suggest you go for a morning walk or jog before you go to work or school every morning. Another thing to do is go to a place where there are people who are a TON heavier than you. That will build up your confidence.

Now if you are really desperate to lose weight, eat nothing but apples, bananas, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, carrots, cauliflower, cherries, kiwi, lettuce, potatoes, spinach, tomatoes, and of course, water. By the way, those are in order. Now if you do this look on your scale twice a month, it will have gone down at least by 3lbs!
