How to Reduce Weight?

We should love our body and pamper because it is our greatest wealth.

Are you self conscious regarding your figure?

Overweight girls have poor diets than those normal weight individuals because their attempts to 'diet" lead to poor choice of food which is not good for the body. Reducing diet can help you in your problem. it is in diet which one follows the principle of eating a variety of foods with the goal of effecting weight loss. the first thing you must do is to consult a licensed dietitian before doing some reducing regimens to reduce your weight.

Some tips I can give you based on the books I read, choose low calorie foods such as cakes, candies or anything sweets. Eat less fat and reduce eating salty foods because it can also cause High blood. Aside from this, drink plenty of water at least 8 glasses a day between meals. Avoid drinking tea, coffee, and alcohol. Increase fiber intake and cook foods plainly, but the very important eat regularly, never skip meals and avoid in between meals. In each day, eat good breakfast and lunch and have a light dinner. Exercise regularly.

Weight loss, if not minimized has a tendency to get you sick and always remember that food is the vehicle for health in order to live and survive. Sometimes people overuse, abused and misused the eating of food.
