Are you tired of yo-yo dieting? Can’t get rid of the fat? Well I might have the solution. No, I am not trying to sell anything so don’t worry. It’s really simple, you can buy regular food at your grocery store and eat three times a day. All you need is a little will power and knowing what and when to eat and not to eat. I will give you a schedule you can follow.
For breakfast you can have Grain, dairy, or fruit products, for lunch you can a variety of sandwiches and for dinner you can have veggies, meat, and your starches.

Wednesday | A package of Oatmeal and 1 cup of skim milk | Chicken Salad sandwich with fruit punch juice | Green beans, Steak, potatoes with frozen Juice |
Thursday | A piece of fruit with 1 cup of Orange Juice | Egg salad with Frozen Juice | Sweet peppers, beef, side kick package & Water |
Friday | Bagel lightly buttered and 1 cup of skim milk | Lean cold cut meat sandwich frozen juice | Salad, Ribs with flavoured water |
After each meal do something active for at least 30 minutes like going for a walk, dancing, going up and down the stairs, and sit-ups/ push-ups.
If you have the urge to snack there are three things you can do to stop yourself. Chew sugarless gum so it keeps your mouth moving and that will help you not to eat. Drink Water so that you will feel full without the calories, Keep yourself occupied so you are not focused on food, go for a walk so you are out of the situation. If you really need a snack then some options are, a piece of fruit, fat free yogurt, or veggies and fat free dip.
One last important thing for weight loss is getting some adequate sleep, which is about 8 hours.
