Losing Weight in Day to Day Activity

The calorie loss in daily activity.

“Lose weight” this has become a "Slogan" in our day to day life because of the changes in food practice. Of course!! I believe it's quite difficult as well, to suddenly change the food practice what we accustomed for so many years. But… when I discussed the same with a friend of mine, whose father is a Diabetologist doctor, and she gave me a small advice of losing weight in our day to day activity without any extra works or exercises!!!!! That really sounds great isn't? When there is no time to do exercises specifically, its quiet good that we learn how we lose weight in daily activities, especially for women.

I have a list of day to day activities through which we are burning extra calories, which stays in our body to show us fat… Come let's quickly have a look and start to do the work which burns calorie the MORE..!!!

Walking 3.5kms everyday reduces 240 calories

Hope you all checked out the list of calorie loss in all our works everyday. Those lists of calorie loss are just in 5mins. Also you walk slowing up to 3.5 or 4kms, you lose 240calories. The same is the calorie loss when you jog or run the same distance, rather it increases tension. It's always advisable to walk slowly and relaxed. On the whole, the more lose of weight is in walking and climbing steps. So stop riding cars and two-wheelers and using lifts, start to work by walk…

Now, forget about the gym and other exercises… continue doing your normal day to day activities without any maiden or servants or baby sitters. They actually help in adding up weight!!!!!!! Hope we all can continue working as far as we are fit and to be fit always… Just stop reading here and Go back to your work, start “losing weight”!!!
