First, join the gym. There are good deals out there. It is a great place to exercise and have less chance of injury. It is air-conditioned, and the right machineries are right there for you.
Any kind of exercise is good exercise. Aerobics, basketball, jogging, jump-rope jumping, biking, walking are all great ways to having a healthy body. In fact, a trainer stated that jump-roping for fifteen minutes is equivalent to jogging for two hours. Also, don't hesitate on doing aerobics. It is sufficient cardio to lose weight.
Lastly, don't overwork yourself. One hour per day is good enough work-out. If you can work-out three times a week even better.
Have Good Eating Habits
Second, have good eating habits. There was the notion that three “heavy” meals were the best thing to keeping a healthy body. This is a misconception. Have four to five “small” meals a day.
Don't Starve Yourself
Thirdly, don't starve yourself. It is hard enough that you are hungry. You will fatigue. Your blood cells will be affected. You may produce an ulcer. Your body will try to gain energy for work and it will get it from your muscles. Thus, your body will be feeding on itself.

Lastly, I do not recommend liposuction. You will have medical problems. There is a great chance of not surviving. Lastly, it requires exercise, and good eating habits, so why not do so, and eliminate this extreme decision.
