I'm always looking for ways to tone and shape and have yet to find a miracle drug that permanently melts fat. After chasing two kids all day finding time to exercise is the last thing on my mind. So if anyone else has been down that same road and can't seem to find their miracle drug how about some user tested moves that really work.
Pump Squat
Stand with feet shoulder width apart and toes pointed forward. Now do 20 squats fast. Make sure to hold in your ab muscles. I recommend that you start out slow and work your way up. I started out with four sets of 20.Dancer's Squat
Stand with feet shoulder width apart and toes pointed out to the side. Now do 20 squats fast. Make sure to hold in your ab muscles. I recommend that you start out slow and work your way up. I started out with four sets of 20.Ab Sit
Sit with both legs extended forward. Now brings both legs up so that you
are in the shape of a V and balance on your bottom for 15 seconds. If you
need to, start out by balancing with your hands but remember to hold your
abs tight. I recommend that you start with two sets of five for beginners.Dish Towel Bends
Take a standard kitchen hand towel. Perferably one that is clean. Hold it
above your head with your hands a little more than shoulder width apart.
Now bend to the side keeping your stomach taut. This exercise works all
the lower ab muscles as well as the lower back muscles. I would start out
with five sets of 25.
Booty Squeeze
Stand with feet almost touching, in a comfortable stance. Pick out some
face paced music, one that has a good consistence beat. Almost as if you
were going to walk to it. Now start squeezing your buttocks. Hold each
squeeze for about 10 seconds and then release. I recommend for optimal
results that you start out with five sets of 50.
Remember these exercises only take about 25 mintues out of your day and give great results.
