Onions

They have vitamin A, vitamin B, Vitamin C, calcium, Phosphorus, Carbohydrates and Protein. For centuries, people have used onions in many ways not just to add flavor to food but it's also for their therapeutic properties. Onions also have properties like ant fungal and antibacterial which can heal some of the skin problems.

Aside from Onion as a weight reducer food, it can also beneficial for other diseases like Asthma, Influenza, Tuberculosis, Pneumonia, Colds, Insomnia, and Anti Allergy. It can also be an inflammation reducers or a slight laxative. If you have a high blood pressure it can help you stabilize it and it can lower cholesterol. It can also lower blood sugar and can help reduce inflammation of the nerves. Onions are also good for the hair, nails, and eyes. It can also help drain the mucus if you have sinus.

Guava

This contains more vitamin C than orange and most vitamins can be found at the skin of the guava which contains more than 5 times than the orange. It also contains Vitamin A and B, Calcium, Nicotinic Acid, Phosphorus, Potassium, Iron, Folic acid and fiber. Not only can guava helps you reduce weight it can also help you with your menstruation, it can lower your high blood pressure, it can help strengthen your heart. Guavas are good if you have congestion in the lungs, acidosis, asthma and scurvy. Guava is a tropical fruit with green skin and pinkish flesh and it has small seeds inside it.

Reed Beets

Commonly known as sugar beet, these are good antioxidants which prevent your body from heart disease and colon cancer. It is also good to eat for those pregnant women to avoid birth defects. Reed Beets has Vitamin A, Vitamin B and C. It also has calcium, Iron, Phosphorus, Carbohydrates and Protein. Reed Beet has many benefits to many disorders like constipation, skin problems like acne or pimple, lumbago, anemia, and menstrual disorder. It can also aid with headaches, toothaches, kidney and bladder inflammation and even stones. And if you eat the reed beets in raw or mashed daily of about two pounds it can be beneficial if you have leukemia or tumor which includes cancer. The pigment called Betacyanin which gives the reed beets it very red color is a powerful anti cancer fighting agent.

Green Bell Pepper

This is another vegetable that can help when you are trying to lose weight. This vegetable is used in salads and in many other dishes and sometimes it is used as a food garnishing. Green Bell Peppers are rich in both vitamins C and A. This green bell pepper also has Vitamin B, calcium, Phosphorus, potassium, carbohydrates and protein. Due to green bell peppers vitamin A content, it can prevent cancer in organs and or in glands. It can also help if you have liver disease or arthritis, constipation and acidosis which are a deficiency of alkalinity in the blood. It can also lower high blood pressure and if you eat those little red peppers, it can help you if you have colds, asthma, and sinus. They are also good if are suffering from Malaria and it can destroy those worms in your intestine.

Celery

This belongs to the Parsley family and this vegetable can be used in dishes like salad, stews, and soup or even used in cocktail drinks. Principally, the celery is grown for its stalks but the leaves can also be eaten and they are good for those who have diabetes. Celery contains Vitamin B, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin C and Iron. It also has Calcium, Phosphorus and potassium. It also has carbohydrates and protein. Aside from reducing weight it can also be beneficial if you have arthritis, rheumatism or neuritis which is problems with nerves. It is also good if you have asthma or if you are constipated and also good if you have tuberculosis. Because of the iron in celery, it is also good for those who have anemia. With Calcium, it is good for the teeth. It is also beneficial for liver and gall bladder disease, and pancreas. It can also calm your nerves and give you a good relief if you have insomnia and if you have over worked your brain.

Broccoli

This is the most nutritious food in the world which not so many people likes it because of its smell when cooked. Broccoli is from the cabbage family and it is loaded with vitamins and minerals. This is good for those who are constipated because this contains fiber. Other health benefit of the broccoli is that it has anti oxidant which protects you from cancer and reduces heart disease. It also strengthens your bones. Good for pregnant women to avoid birth defects and it can boost your immune system which can also give you a healthy stomach. It can also repair sun damaged skin and can protect your eyes from cataract.
