Apple
One of the natural fat burners on my list. It has vitamin C on both skin and flesh and they also have cancer-fighting properties. This can help in losing weight because of the insoluble fiber that is known as dietary fibers. These dietary fibers cannot be digested by the enzymes in our bodies giving us the feeling of being full therefore causing us to lose weight. Fibers are good for those who are constipated.

They're rich in fibers also which aids in digestion. It also has beta-carotene, which is an antioxidant that fights all forms of cancer. Mangoes also have vitamin C and vitamin B and calcium and magnesium. It increases your metabolism causing you to burn more calories. So instead of just grabbing anything to eat during in between meals, try mango instead.

It has been known for its many uses in health, cooking and even in drinks. Ginger has allicin which helps reduce bad fats in our bodies, cholesterol and it is also an anti bacterial.
Tomato
It has vitamin C, vitamin A and potassium. It also gives to women iron and RDA to men. Tomatoes also have lycopene, which fights cancer. It is also a fat free fruit, which can be eaten raw or cooked. Not only can it make you lose weight it can also enhance your skin.
Spinach
It has beta-carotene which is a disease fighting anti oxidant agent that prevents and fights cancer. It has vitamin C and E. It also has lipoic Acid that gives you energy and it also regulates the blood sugar levels. Spinach can be eaten raw and cooked. This also has calcium and potassium
