If you are facing problems with your health and you are over weight, one of my suggestions is to lose your extra pounds. And the most useful effort you can make to lose your weight is a healthy diet and good regular exercise without giving extra pain to your healthy body.

And the most useful effort you can make to lose your weight is a healthy diet and good regular exercise without giving extra pain to your healthy body. Here I want to add, please strictly follow guidelines and tips I give you because only words will not work, you must follow all instructions regularly.

  1. Don't target big goals in your mind, as they can lead you to some severe health problems instead of making you slim and trim. I mean don't target to lose 20 ponds in a week because it can make you unhealthy. Better you target of losing 1-3 ponds per week and go ahead from there.
  2. Stick to regular exercise program. To stick with any exercise, it's very important that you love it. So please choose a program which you love and enjoy doing.
  3. Try to avoid eating fat-rich and fried stuff, as they are not good for your health especially when you want to lose weight. I would recommend you to eat low-fat food and lots of fiber-rich foods like fruits and vegetables.
  4. Cut soft drinks and sodas from your diet and replace them with mineral water and fruit juices.
  5. When I ask you to eat healthy food, it doesn't mean you are supposed to eat dull foods you don't like to. Try to include nutritious foods that you enjoy eating. Join cooking classes, which will help you know latest recipes to be included in your menu for better health during weight loss program. You can also try out online for new low-calorie recipes.
  6. I would recommend you not to eat a lot in one sitting, eating in smaller portions will help increasing your metabolic rate to burn more calories much faster. And try to fix specific time for your three meals, this way your stomach will know when to release juices for better digestion.
  7. Try to keep your refrigerator full with nutritious fruits and fresh vegetables so that you don't run for junky fast food which can destroy the benefits of weight loss programs.
  8. Keep track of stuffs what you are eating this is help you know what you are eating wrong and will give you chance of improvement where needed for better weight loss.
  9. Ask any of friends to check you in the process of weight loss, who can tell you what you are doing wrong and at the same time he or she can motivate you when you fail in chasing the goal.
