Due to the brainwashing we get from the advertising, when we need to quench our thirst we automatically get a soft drinks. Such beverages contain with so much sugar that it gives you a high sugar. Instead of breaking down the fats the body will first break down and use sugar.
Change cooked food with raw food. Cooking reduce and kills the living enzymes in food. Food that is cooked and processed is destroyed life. We are a living organism and our bodies work hard and so much more efficient when we give it food that is raw, and uncooked. Raw food gives more energy and it is more nutritious.
Reduce your fat intake. Avoid really fat animal or any kind of meat, if you eat it regularly enough, you will unfortunately soon start resembling one. Eating this fat makes you fat, combine it with the famous sweet and you have a recipe for not just a big belly, but also a heart disease, diabetes and even more degenerative disease.
