Soon there will be commercials highlighting the causes of obesity, more gastric bypasses, and morbid obesity clinics will spring up every where. Truth commercials will be a thing of the past as soon as obesity tops the list and becomes the leading cause of avoidable death, and it will if Americans don't realize that they are slowly eating themselves into an early grave!
I'm not saying that you have to be cut or super model thin. Just get to a healthy weight! You don't have to diet....you just need to change your relationship with food! Stop eating out....control what goes in to your body...not only will you look better, but more importantly you'll feel better! Exercise!! You'll add years to your life if you take atleast 30 min. a day to workout, workout for 60 if want to lose weight.
Sticking with an exercise and nutrition routine is demanding! Especially when you are doing it alone. Not only is it physically stressful, but also mentally stressful! Without a support system, after awhile you lose motivation...and just stop! I have been there...and packed on pounds because of it....as a personal trainer flab is definatly BAD!!!
