This is my personal losing weight regimen. It’s been tested by myself and proved to work! I used to have a bouncy tummy…like a balloon (tsk tsk if you know what I mean) and I weighted around 55kg. Now? My tummy is smaller, my tight fitting clothes look nicer now and I weight at 50kg. I achieved all these without involving any exercise.
I started NOT TO SKIP breakfast for breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Eat as much as you like.
I eat a little during lunch.
And during dinner time, I started off by eating only ½ portion of what I used to eat. Then I narrow it down to 1/4 portion and stay on it until today.
I keep this regimen only during the weekdays. For weekend I choose to eat whatever I like. Ohh btw I still eat chocolate whenever I want.
I have another secret to minimize your tummy waistline but that’s another story for another day. Right now try to keep this regimen and tell me if it works for you!
