Easy tips to slim down. No exercises or power crunches. |
- To get there where u would see yourself slimmer, stick your picture on the fridge to stop u from food attacks!!
- Avoid those winter blues which make u long for cheesy foods by having foods rich in "feel good" hormones' such as fish, chicken, avocado and bananas
- When we feel to eat more doesn't mean our bodies need more calories. So take tasty foods which include vitamins n minerals like soups, curried vegetables, fruit crumbles with yogurt.
- Planning to have dinner at a restaurant? Order soup first, this will slow down your craving to have fatty foods as it is very filling
- Sign up for an exercise class to have that feel good thing help u tone up in better way
- Eat small regular meals say five times a day rather than 3 times a day as it will help to reduce hunger by regulating the sugar levels
- Take protein diets as it tricks the body by making it feel fuller for longer period and so it's better for appetite control
