Watch What You Eat and Lose Weight

Can it be possible to lose weight and not be deprived of your favorite food?

When a person, who is like me, enjoys eating, it makes it really difficult to keep the weight off, especially if delicious food is easily accessible 24/7!

Sometimes watching a late night television program and a food advertisement pops up, it sends hunger signals to my brain and my mouth literally salivates at the sight of food, even virtual food! Sometimes, the stimulus is so strong that I can even imagine I can smell the food coming from the television screen.

It doesn't become easier as I age either, as the body becomes older, I also become more lazy to exercise (I know, I know, then I wouldn't be typing this article out!). Thus, it becomes more important to watch what I eat as the metabolic rate slows down even more with each passing decade! When I was a teenager, I could eat a large pizza by myself at one sitting and still be hungry at dinner time.

But seriously, I've read many articles on weight loss, weight control even tried countless diets, fat burning pills, but ultimately this is the conclusion I've to. I just have to watch what I put in my mouth!

Fat burners that come in pill form or a drink, despite the fact that some of them claim to be all natural, surely it is not meant to be taken for too long a period or what if my body cannot accept the ingredients found in the pills. What frightens me most is that, if I consume too much of these pills, when I want to start a family, will it affect the quality of my eggs? Will my foetus be "damaged"? Will I have a normal baby?

Diets? Some diets are really very complicated, some made me really hungry all day and some are just plain boring! I can't follow all that, eat this, count the calories for that, calculate how much energy it takes to burn this piece of meat off! Some of the foods are not found on the calorie list. Then what? Does that mean I cannot eat that particular food type, because it is not listed?

Follow me on my journey, as I share with you how I managed to take off 2kg in 3 months. I am sure some of you will be able to achieve it at a faster rate. But I took my time with this program, it was simple to keep with and I was pleasantly surprised that it yielded results. Yep, because this program did not cost me anything, in fact saved me some money instead.
