Why it is some people still feel hungry even they follow the same daily food guide of other people? may be there are reasons behind that we didn't notice or may be there's something wrong in ourselves that's why everything we do, don't work at all. Follow the checklist to get back on your normal diet.

Check your taste buds

There are people with high tolerance to sugar without knowing it. They need extra amount of sugar to satisfy them. According to Dr. Michael Roizen MD, and Mehmet Oz that there are two types of tasters, the undertaster and supertaster. They said supertaters are not satisfied with the taste of fruits and vegetable because for them the bitter taste of the food is dominant in their taste buds. And undertasters are those with normal taste buds. You can check your taste buds too, see if what category you belong.

Check your sex life

Those people with lack of sex have a strong urge for food, because food and sex function harmoniously by your hypothalamus and control by a hormone called neuropeptide Y.A healthy sex help control eating problem. If you satisfy your appetite, you also satisfy the other.

Check your daydreams

The more you think about on one thing, the more possible it happened. Stop thinking on foods it will just make you salivate. By just smelling or seeing it on television you'll soon longing for your favorite food. Turn your mind in other things.

Check your sensitivity

According to Judith orloff's MD some people does not know that they are energy sensitive. It has something to do with negative and positive vibes. There are people tends to absorb energies of others and without their knowledge they tend to accumulate fat as absorber of negative vibes.

Check your mindset

Gatherings and some occasion will attract you to eat that food that you are avoiding like cake, ice cream, pizza, and steak. According to Brian Wansink PhD, moods whether good or bad can affect your food desire.

Check your friends at the door

Avoid eating with your friends, because eating with friends will make stay at the table longer. Once you stay longer at the table the temptation is there. You'll just tend to get an extra food and drinks, without noticing you already eat too much. When eating with other person, the more food you consume than eating alone.

Check your timetable

When you are dieting don't skip meals. Be sure to eat your meals every three to four hours. If not, according to Roizen and Oz, your stomach secrets hormone called ghrelin. These hormones send chemical impulses to your brain to eat. Once you skip meal the hormone send impulses three times an hour and more.

Check your stress levels

Many people are afraid of food, for them eating can be stressful. They want to eat but afraid of getting fat. Avoid being stress because it slows down your metabolism that causes accumulation of fats. Live healthy, exercise daily and takes life easy, so that we will not be stress.
