Weight Loss Tip: Do Not Skip Meals

A quick tip to healthy weight loss.

Everyone starts their day off thinking the same thing. You have a lot on your mind, about the office, about your home, the kids, the wife, family and so on. You start getting ready for work and head out the door to start your day. Oops, you forgot breakfast.

Not a big deal you will hit the local fast food joint, pick up something quick, some coffee and you will be ready to go. And that is how it all begins. It is an unhealthy day of eating and packing on the extra weight.

If you really want to lose some weight here is a tip: do not skip any of your meals, especially the first meal of the day.

When you miss a meal your body is out of balance. Your cravings for food will kick and in like our example above you will crave and/or eat unhealthy greasy food.

Keep you body in balance and in check and eat a well balanced meal of smaller portions every two and a half to three hours. For example for breakfast you can start off with a bowl of high fiber cereal with skim milk and a banana. Then two and half to three hours later you can have a small piece of fruit or a small salad with mixed greens and tuna.

You'll have to come up with the food you like, but whatever it is, just remember to eat smaller portions evenly spaced throughout the day and for heaven's sake, do not skip a meal!
