Most diets' strategy is based on a low carbohydrate and low calorie plan. But with low calories, means less energy through the day. People have told me that they feel drained after getting on some of these diets. And the pills can be very dangerous.
And there are good carbohydrates. Keep that in mind. Also, body fat, unless in abundance, is a good thing. People who have a healthy amount of body fat have more energy throughout the day and can go longer between meals. I am a very light person by my jeans so I get hungry often throughout the day.
So getting too skinny is very unhealthy. Keep that in mind too. No matter how many people are using a specific diet, you should always read up on it before committing to it. A few studies have shown that many diets are very unhealthy and sometimes life threatening.
