Increasing your bra size is a matter of toning the right muscles so you lift and separate without wasting your energy. Toning, conditioning and strengthening the chest muscles need only take 15 minutes a day and you will see impressive results in a matter of weeks.
First you need to get some weights for home use - dumbbells of around 3kg will be a great start, or use tins if you like. The heavier the weights you can tolerate, the quicker the results. For each exercise do around 15 repetitions, 3 times each.
Push Ups
On your hands and knees with hands slightly wider than your shoulders, pull in your stomach and bend your elbows outwards. Push up on your hands from your knees, keeping your back straight, not arched.
Chest Press
Lie on your back with your knees bent. Again pull in your tummy and bend your elbows at right angles, elbows lifted just off the floor. Push your arms up straight holding the weights and bring together at the top of your stretch, keeping wrists straight.
Chest Fly
Lying on your back as before, stretch out your arms to each side on the floor, holding your weights. Bring them up slowly with a slight elbow bend and stretch upwards, keeping shoulders flat to the floor.
Back Extension
Lie face down this time with arms bent at your sides. Slowly raise yourself with your stomach on the floor and legs flat, feeling your back stretch out. Hold it for as long as you can before lowering.
