How to Prevent Vaginal Infections

It is very important that women learn how to treat vaginal infections without attending to a GYN doctor, because these visits sometimes can be painful and the appointment dates we get can bea long wait on line. This can happen because there are too many women waiting in the list for the same appointment date within the calendar year and unless we go to the Emergency room we may see our self suffering from a yeast infection severe or other.

It is very important that women learn how to treat vaginal infections without attending to a GYN doctor, because these visits sometimes can be painful and the appoinment dates we get can be a long wait on line. This can happen because there are too many women waiting in the list for the same appointment date within the calendar year and unless we go to the Emergency room we may see our self suffering from a yeast infection severe or other.

These are the steps you should follow if you want to have a healthy life without any yeast infection or STD.

  1. For a good vaginal hygiene always use white vinegar in the water when washing yourself.
  2. Never use scented soap to wash your private part.
  3. Never use any scented cream to wash your vagina
  4. Is best to use white cotton underwear to prevent infections
  5. Buy two leaves of aloe Vera at the supermarket or discount store, usually they all have aloe Vera
  6. Wash the aloe Vera and cut aloe Vera in lower leaf and sliced open, there is a gel that you can obtained and cut it in small pieces applied one piece on the inside of the vagina every night before going to bed.
  7. Make sure you insert one small piece in your vagina per day, before you go to sleep
  8. Do this for about 15 days

This will make any yeast infection go away, any bad smell, or any rash, itch, etc. When you cut the aloe Vera gel in pieces make sure you put in a clear glass bottle, and inside the refrigerator and remember to use a panty liner just to prevent any licking. Good Luck

Hey Ana, Como estas? I hope good. Mai I have one question: It\'s best to use panty liners to prevent \"itching\" or \"sticky\" results I think you meant to put instead of \"licking\". By the way this information is very useful and thank you very much. Hasta Luego
