One Simple Way to Reduce Bulging Tummy After Delivery

Here's a simple way to reduce bulging tummy after delivery.

We Chinese have a way to reduce bulging tummy after delivery. It is a traditional method. The idea is fairly simple.

Only one simple step is needed.

Take a long cloth and wrap around your tummy and tie it with 3 strings at least so that it is sturdier. That's it.

Any cloth will do as long as it is long and are able to wrap around your waist.

Usually we start to do this right after delivery. You can put it on as long as you want. It can be itchy at times so hang on. You can even wear it when you're out and about.

Of course other factors takes into account for a bulging tummy such as the food you consume. So be wise.

it been 50 days since i gave birth to my baby . my tummy has not yet reduced. what can do. does tying my stomach help even now. please reply. my mail id is rmeenu_24@yahoo.com. my husband is very consious please help.i am getting deprssed the way he is treating since i am fat have a big tummy. please help

my wife has gone through 2 c-sections for delivery , my youngest son is amlost 3 yrs old now, my wife has not done any exerises after delivery, however not last 1 week she is doing some exersise, my querry is - my wifes tummy is very big watery and not at all frim, my wife is has medium body structure but because of her tummy she looks much overweight, he is ver depresed bacuse of this, she is desparte asking to enroll for, Liposuction, tummy tuck, etc..i dont mind and but im worried that this may lead to other side effects, plz advice me what can be done, it s very important..plz help ASAP my email id is jitenpawar@rediffmail.com
