You can cut calories. It is actually easy to substitute a low fat food for a high fat food. Low calorie food can be just as tasty and it is also healthier. You can have a slimer figure by cutting our at least 100 calories a day. Of course if you cut out more calories and exercise you will lose the weight faster. But 100 calories is a start.
