If you have a large lawn and like to cut grass, a half hour of mowing will burn 100 calories. Live in an apartment? No problem. Thirty-five minutes of vacuuming will also burn 100 calories. And for those who are not into housework, a nice brisk half hour walk will burn that same 100 calories.
