 | | Exercising at home | | by soapoperadiva, Nov 28, 2006 | | I know allot of you don't like the winter and don't want to go outside for walks. But there is a way to keeping fit in the winter inside. All you have to do is make a exercise schedule of some sort to figure out what am I going to do for each day. That is what i do but i still go out for walks in the winter though I just dress up really warm and I go out for about 10 to 15 minutes. But i do have an exercise program for inside i work out on my stepper for about 30 minutes then I do 50 sit ups or crunches whatever you want to call them and last I dance to my favorite song just to slow things down or I just go back to working out on my stepper. | | Comments(0) Liked It: 1 |
