Hydrogenated Oils, How Bad are They?

Ever since food processing manufacturers realized they could extend the use of many vegetable oils by injecting hydrogen into them, the birth of hydrogenation was born. Of course, the reason for its present day use is of course, the bottom line, more profit.

We all try to look good, be it at the beach in our newly bought swimming suit, especially a bikini for the girls. Maybe we just want to be favorably commented on our new 2-piece suit or dress. We may all pass muster in these apparel, but what about the inside, where the key organs abide? How do they look?

At some time or other, in our lifetime, we have probably started a diet, or will start a diet, for one reason or another. It may be to lose weight, gain weight, or just for the sake of being like others who are dieting. For whatever the reason, are we sure it will not lower the level of our present health.

Acidosis, are You Acid or Alkaline?

Very few of us are aware that our bodies are similar to our backyard pools, in that their PH varies and should be maintained at a certain level to be in an ideal state. Left acidic, they will breed bacteria growth. Kept slightly alkaline, they will be safe for use, given proper filtering. Just an analogy...

Omega 3, Life's Miracle Oil.

When we think of oil, the first thing that comes to mind is the oil in our automobile, which keeps the moving metal parts well lubricated and running smooth. we are well aware that if we neglect the oil level and the oil runs out, the motor will stop running.
